The naphthenic base heavy oil project of zhoke Pet

  • Detail

Sinopec naphthenic heavy oil project won the first prize of national science and technology progress award. At the national science and technology progress award conference held on February 14, led by PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Company, Sinopec Research Institute of petrochemical industry and PetroChina Lubricating oil company jointly applied for the research, development and industrial application of high-end product technology for naphthenic heavy oil production, which was jointly applied by Sinopec Petrochemical Research Institute and PetroChina Lubricating oil company 3, bridging agent, Chemical Research Institute and Xinjiang Oilfield, Won the first prize of the national science and technology progress award. This was the only national first prize for scientific and technological progress in the domestic oil refining and chemical industry last year

naphthenic heavy oil is a kind of inferior crude oil with high acid, high calcium and high viscosity. It is called a world-class problem by the petroleum industry because it is difficult to recover, transport and refine. In the next 30 years and two years, the government of the Special Administrative Region will strive to do a good job in all aspects. Relying on scientific and technological progress and advanced technology and equipment, Karamay Petrochemical Company, through continuous independent research and development and long-term joint research and development, has achieved a breakthrough in the whole process of naphthenic heavy oil development, storage and transportation, refining, product development and market development

this scientific research achievement has resulted in 30 authorized patents, including 28 invention patents, 19 national industry standards, 3 monographs, 75 kinds of high-end products, formed a batch of complete sets of technologies with independent intellectual property rights, and built a heavy oil deep processing base and naphthenic product production base. The processing technology level has reached the international advanced level, making China's heavy oil deep processing technology step into the international advanced ranks

Karamay Petrochemical has applied this technology to achieve the goals of deep processing of low-quality heavy oil, eating coarse grain, producing high-quality products and increasing benefits. This technology is the first method to characterize the low pour point quality of naphthenic heavy oil. This method can separate naphthenic heavy oil from crude oil when guiding the oilfield in crude oil production. It is reported that Xinjiang Oilfield has built 1955 sets of crude oil separate production and 6 sets of crude oil separate transmission facilities, accumulated sales fixtures and loading units: more than 30million tons of pure naphthenic base crude oil are distributed, which maximizes the oilfield production benefits

at the same time, the "naphthenic distillate high-pressure series all hydrogen type process technology" developed by Ke Petrochemical Company using heavy oil resources has successfully developed 23 brands of rubber oil, accounting for more than 40% of the domestic rubber oil market; The new environmentally friendly tire rubber oil complies with EU environmental protection regulations, and has obtained a pass to enter the international tire rubber market, ensuring a large number of exports of Chinese rubber products

at present, PetroChina petro-chemical Co., Ltd. is starting a ten million ton oil refining expansion project. After the completion of the project, the company will become a centralized heavy oil processing base of PetroChina and a ten million ton refining and chemical enterprise with first-class technology, outstanding characteristics and remarkable benefits
