China's notice on adjusting the export tax rebate rate of some products

the finance departments (bureaus) of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and cities specifically designated in the state plan, the State Administration of Taxation and the Finance Bureau of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps: with the approval of the State Council, the export tax rebate rate of the following products will be adjusted from May 1, 2005: first, the export tax rebate rate of coal, tungsten, tin, zinc, antimony and their products will be reduced to 8%.
